WebFeb 1, 2024 · There is some yeastiness and lovely lemon/apple notes, but they don't reach quite the satisfying depth I like, which is a shame given how good Cloudy Bay can be at times. I picked up a preponderance of Pinot on this bottle, but not sure how consistent the cuvees are. Mousse and acidity were definitely well executed.
